ClosetPilot provides a digital wardrobe and AI-powered styling platform. We offer features including closet organization, outfit suggestions, travel packing lists, and optional stylist consultations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, preferences, etc.). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload or share all content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Our AI features (e.g., outfit suggestions, explanations) are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Use your own judgment when making styling decisions.
Some features may require payment. Fees and billing cycles are described on our pricing page and at checkout. Taxes may be added at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Cancellations, billing, and refund requests are described in our Refunds & billing policy and applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOSETPILOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClosetPilot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law, except where prohibited. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
